Application Requirements and Important Notices:

• All applications must be preceded by a Zoning Permit. No exceptions.
  
  
• Fees must be paid and all application materials must be complete before a public hearing can be scheduled.
  
  
• Neighborhood meetings are required for the following application types:
  • comprehensive plan amendments
  • variances
  • conditional uses
  • zoning map amendments
  • expansions or extensions of nonconforming uses
  • subdivisions
    
    
• Applicants are strongly encouraged to schedule a pre-application meeting with Land Use and Building staff to review requirements and ensure a smooth application process.
