Application Requirements and Important Notices:
- All applications must be preceded by a Zoning Permit. No exceptions.
- Fees must be paid and all application materials must be complete before a public hearing can be scheduled.
- Neighborhood meetings are required for the following application types:
- comprehensive plan amendments
- variances
- conditional uses
- zoning map amendments
- expansions or extensions of nonconforming uses
- subdivisions
- Applicants are strongly encouraged to schedule a pre-application meeting with Land Use and Building staff to review requirements and ensure a smooth application process.
