Certificate of Residency Form

Forms must include proof of residency that dated back 12 consecutive months from the application date. Examples of proof of residency include driver’s licenses with an issue date showing the 12-month residency and or a bill showing the residency duration. 

**Elmore County only accepts applications for one semester at a time. You cannot submit a form for the entirety of a school year only per semester. Elmore County only pays out of district fees for the Spring and Fall semesters. 

***The commissioners do not meet the last Friday of each month.
