 May 20, 2025 Consolidated Election has been canceled.

**Voter registration will be closed April 26th-May 20th 2025.

**Absentee Ballot requests will be closed May 10th-May 20th 2025.

November 4, 2025 Deadlines:

• Deadline to register to vote is October 10, 2025. 
• Deadline to request an absentee ballot is October 24, 2025.
• Nonpartisan Candidate Filing Deadline is September 5, 2025.
  • Candidate Filing Special District (2025 Candidate Special District Office Filing Information)
• Nonpartisan Write-In Candidate Deadline is September 12, 2025.
  • Candidate Filing Special District Write-In (2025 Candidate Special District Office Write-In Filing Information)
• Ballot Question Submission Deadline is September 15, 2025.

**All Deadlines are due to the county on the deadline date by 5pm. 

Early Voting 

Early Absentee voting will be October 20, 2025 through October 31, 2025 at the Elmore County Courthouse in the Elections room (150 South 4th East Mountain Home, ID 83647). The Elections room is the last room to the right when you enter the building next to the elevator. Early absentee voting will be held from 9am-5pm weekdays.

Absentee Ballot Requests

The absentee ballot request form for 2025 is now available. You are able to download it here and bring it in or mail it to us once it’s available. Or if you’d prefer to fill it out online you can on voteidaho.gov.
