In-Person Absentee voting begins on October 15th, 2019 and ends on November 1st, 2019. Those wanting to In-Person Absentee vote, can come into the Elmore County Courthouse and vote M-F from 9:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m.

What you will need in able to In-Person Absentee vote:

  • If already registered, you will still need to provide photo identification, or sign a Personal Identification Affidavit before being issued a ballot.
  • If you are not already registered, you will need to provide photo identification as well as proof of residency, and will then be required to absentee vote at the same time.
  • Proof of residency must include the voter’s name and current address. Examples include a current Idaho driver’s license, utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement, mortgage deed, or a current hunting/fishing license.

Mail-Out Absentee Ballots

If you would like to request that an absentee ballot be mailed to you, you will need to fill out the Absentee Ballot Request Form located below. The last day to request a mail out ballot is October 25th, 2019. The ballot will need to be returned to the Elections Department by November 5th, 2019 no later than 8:00 p.m.
