Recently the Idaho State Tax Commission concluded Category 1 values have not been reflecting market value for assessment purposes. Please see attachments for further information and also the table of affected areas. Elmore County officials are aggressively working to send out notices to all affected owners, requesting specific data required to correct assessments where necessary.
