Complaint Procedures

The Status Log is not for dissemination to the public.
Response/Guidance
The type of response from the violator will dictate the source of additional guidance requested, either from the Prosecuting Attorney, the Board of County Commissioners, or the Planning & Zoning Commission.
If the violator does not respond, or is unable or unwilling to comply with the Code Enforcement Officers’ guidance, the offense case will be referred to the Prosecuting Attorney, the Board of County Commissioners, or the Planning & Zoning Commission, as appropriate.
