WEDNESDAY, 7:00 PM DECEMBER 01, 2004
Chairman Nettleton called the meeting to order, and established a quorum.
Members of the Elmore County Planning and Zoning Commission present were
Chairman Nick Nettleton, Vice-Chairman Al Sobtzak, Todd Waite, Doug King,
Courtney Hiler, and K. C. Duerig. Also present were Attorney of Record Phil
Miller, and Bonnie Sharp Director.

REGULAR MEETING
APPROVE PREVIOUS MINUTES
C. Hiler motioned to accept minutes for 10/06/04 as written. D. King seconded
the motion.
Aye vote was unanimous, motion carried.
C. Hiler motioned to accept minutes for 10/20/04 with changes to location and
word changes. D. King seconded. Aye vote was unanimous, motion carried.
A. Sobtzak motioned to accept minutes for 11/06/04 as written. C. Hiler seconded
the motion.
Aye vote was unanimous, motion carried.
C. Hiler motioned to accept minutes for 11/17/04 as written. K. Duerig seconded
the motion.
Aye vote was unanimous, motion carried.
APPROVE PREVIOUS FCOs
CLAY WRIGHT Amended FCO
Changes were made to add a space on the 4th line down, first page, and remove an
extra to in the sentence.
C. Hiler motioned to approve FCO for Clay Wright Subdivision with changes. D.
King seconded the motion. Aye vote was unanimous, motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Miscellaneous Work Session Items:
The Commission discussed various topics including, ex parte contact, limiting
testimony time to three minutes for some public hearings, name tags, table
arrangement during meetings, and scheduling Ordinance Committee meetings.
