MEETING
WEDNESDAY, 7:00 PM SEPTEMBER 1, 2004
Chairman Nettleton called the meeting to order, and established a quorum.
Members of the Elmore County Planning and Zoning Commission present were
Chairman Nick Nettleton, Vice-chairman Al Sobtzak, Patty Osborn, Courtney Hiler,
Todd Waite and K. C. Duerig. Also present were Attorney of Record Phil Miller
and Bonnie Sharp, Senior Planner and Hermila Kuannark.
PUBLIC HEARING
BERNIE BROWN DAIRY
Chairman Nettleton asked for all written testimony to be submitted. All written
testimony will be entered into the record. He then closed the public testimony
portion of the meeting. Bernie Brown will be allowed to respond to the written
testimony by noon on Friday, September 17, 2004. The applicant can only respond
to public testimony and will not be allowed to enter new testimony.

Chairman Nettleton stated the next available meeting night is September 29,
2004.
C. Hiler motioned to postpone the meeting to September 29, 2004. A. Sobtzak
seconded.
Aye motion was unanimous.
